Have you been approved for insurance coverage? These visits are for clients with already approved insurance coverage through The Lactation Network. If not, head over to The Lactation Network for approval.
Once you have been approved for insurance coverage, please schedule a Virtual Intake Appointment first. A Virtual Intake Appointment is necessary as a new client and if you are returning with a new child. Credit card required on file to hold appointment, payment handled through The Lactation Network.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged a fee [$60/virtual & $90/in-person] with the exception of illness; please contact Morgan or your IBCLC to reschedule.
Lactation Network Covered Virtual 45 Minute Consult– Please schedule this for all initial appointments. We will review your birth and breastfeeding experience and get you set up for your in-person visit. We will meet on GoogleMeet, a HIPAA compliant video platform. Cancellation fee of $60 to be paid by the client, charged to the card on file (cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.)
Schedule Virtual Intake Appointment
All visits require a credit card to be saved on file at the time of scheduling the appointment. In the case your appointment is made via phone or you don’t have mode of payment available at time of scheduling, payment information must be entered to our system within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment or the appointment will be released. See FAQ page for more information on how to pay.
Lactation Network Covered Follow-up 60 minute Office Visits– Please schedule this only after we have had an initial virtual visit! Office visits are for established clients and will include weighted feeds, oral assessment of your baby, and an updated care plan. Cancellation fee of $90 to be paid by the client, charged to the card on file (cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment or no show appointments will be charged a cancelation fee personally. (Exception for illness of you or baby: we will reschedule when everyone is germ free! Please contact Morgan or your IBCLC.)
